Appointments

We offer services to all ages – babies through seniors and are accepting new patients.  Appointments can be made by calling 713-523-0770. New patient and diagnostic forms are available online below or at the office when you check in. Christy or Nita is at our front desk Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8:00am-2:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday from Noon – 6pm and are happy to help you.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel appointments and we ask that you give us 24 hour notice for cancellation to avoid a charge. Our voice mail system is available 24 hours a day.
